Lost I know this may not help but you can't control other people mouths on a game if it bugs you so much either leave that club or deal with the abuse, a good club owner and admin would not allow that kind of disrespect to anyone in their club.
Emailing support about something that goes on in a club will do nothing, unless it is a psychical threat on your life. That's the only time support will do something about anything being said in CC, pm, or tc. Since they are private chats areas. Lost needs to do as I suggested and leave the club, good club owners would not allow something like that.
If you left the club why are you still complaining about abuse? This is just a game anything anyone says to you on it, you shouldn't let it get to you. They are just I idiots behind a telephone screen. Look at it this way, unless they've walked in your shoes they have no clue what your going through. Therefore they aren't worth getting angry, upset, or mad at over it.
