They don't I had 14 minutes left till cooldown, checked the date and said 29 minutes. Wasted my time. They can't.

 

Yea I wasted 7 Ecs I call for a refund on my 7 ecs

Answering my question with the opposite question doesn't help. I was looking for a definitive answer based off someone who's tried it. Stack or not doesn't matter the promo by itself is good enough.

 

I used a carepack it didn't stack

Since you have just updated it that it wont stack, will those that used a carepack be reimbursed?

They just updated it
