  1. You did happen to forget never hire off cows in pwar. But the hitters you can

  2. you forgot to mention the 'farm war' that many people seem to be a part of

  3. I totally agree that it's a free tutor market.

The only exceptions (in my opinion) is when:

    1. The tutor wants to stay with you. I have two tutors who told me that.
    2. Preparing for war. Give 'em 3 days to check out if they really are going to war.
    3. If the players is in a sytem war, not SF and pwar.

    Well, that's what I think.

  4. Good thread. Free market. If ppl want to keep then hire back. When the tutor is op and pupil hires back then u can safely assume the pupil wants to keep.

Op ur active tutors if u suspect they ug when ur not online. That's what I do. My actives are really op so they can safely ug once or twice without having to wait for me.

It's a HIRE button ppl. Meaning its a tempory thing. Come back when there is a BUY button.
And yes I agree it's the tutors game too so if the tutor rather has a different pupil let them go. Ask them instead of ignoring them.

Happy trading and growing ppl. 

  5. Question : What about when you overprice your tutors and someone just hire it just because they know you will hire back?

  6. If they do that.... They should be punish... Some how I don't know

  7. Tutors as said before are commodities, a lot of people speculate in many markets, so when a tutor is active and a growing investment OP can only be determined by someone speculating that a tutor will not make it to the stats needed to sell. It is impossible to determine OP technically, so my solution is, don't hire back. Wait for them to upgrade and meet hire rate and leave someone else with dead money for a little while.

As far as tutors/pupils being friends, obviously the Pupil is not too much of a friend.if thei friendship has to cease just because they got hired away. It is nonsensical bull crap in my opinion, all an attempt to keep UP tutors.

  8. 

As a trader, I do have tuts which I keep. Sometimes, some of those people I hire from strip me of my op tutors. In this case, I would notify the tutors to save up for a larger upgrade, so that I can rehire them back in the future without costing as much to me.

  9. I agree on some points, although there is one that stood out when I read this that I don't agree on.

    Wars.

Even in far situations tutors should be open to purchase. If a player is in war he/she should be active anyways. In Kaw some of the biggest wars have been fought by people who stayed awake the entire time. If you're going to war but don't want to be as dedicated as some others may be, there should be some risk.

Besides that, tutors were meant to be hired during wars. If they weren't, the hire button would be disabled.

I see many people using pwars as an excuse for war. That's a complete joke. 'Nuff said.

And what about strip wars, I ask you? Or long farm wars? In gaw I've been in a war that has been going on for months. There's certainly no way those tutors should be off limit for all that time, especially if they're upgrading. Besides, when tutors are hired that creates strip funds. That's an important part strip farming, isn't it?

  10. You all still talk about tutors as items you grow off a farm, not people. It's disgusting ...

  11. If a tutor is so valuable to a pupil, price the tutor so that others are discouraged to hire.

If another player find the tutor valuable, the one who is willing to pay the highest price for the tutor will get to keep.

Yes tutors are people. If you value these people as your tutors, let the hire price show.

It's contradictory to say I value my tutor and I want to keep my tutor as low a price as possible. If you value something, keep them expensive.

    2 main points:
    1. Highest bidder keeps
    2. Hire back if want to keep

  12. OR GET YOUR CLUB SF 

  13. I think I love you

  14. CJS you are dead on. My Pupil valued me$100b OP. Everyone else thinks they have OPed at $1b or half bil over a very inhuman book value. It is ridiculous.

  15. I'm OP and it's great because there's no better tutor than the one I have now 

  16. NicoleMaureen, at 43k CS, you are underpriced at 10.7b.

  17. Lol most people I know don't have the 100b to over price their tuts as long it is op it is op.
    Hire op, bad idea

  18. The majority of the time I avoid OPs becausr they aren't quick sells, but their are situations that merit it.
