I am aware of Brazils humanity problems long before the world cup was announced Fire so calling me ignorant is far off the mark. Also, I am aware how the voting system works, set up by FIFA, and it shows it's flaws by Qatar getting the world cup in 2022. There's blame with the FIFA representatives and the Brazil government. The money generated by the world cup will go towards paying for the stadiums and to local merchants such as hotel and restaurant owners through tourism but little to none to the poor being evicted. Same thing happened in China for the Olympics.
