  16. You can't control what other people do to or around you, but you CAN control how you react. No one is going to give you the kind of attention you want or the respect that you're looking for if you're going to give up saying everything is pointless because you don't want to take control of your own life.

    If you don't like how your life is going, get away from whatever is holding you back. Get a job. Go back to school. Move to a new place. The only reason you wouldn't be able to do any of that is if you're still a kid. Which means you're too young for this game anyway and shouldn't even be on here to worry about the "trolls and jerks" that keep making your life so much worse.
