We swam up to the same rock from earlier and Alec smiled wide. "Take a deep breath and come with me." He said sexily as he dove down. I followed and swam into an underwater cave, where I soon resufaced and tried to catch my breath. I opened my eyes and saw an open cave, Light by an entrance over head. The water sparkled blue and reflected waves of light on tge cave walls. "Alec, this is beautifu!!" I was stunned. Alec didn't answer me, he just sat on a rock in silence. I looked up to him and he was looking at me, with a look that beckoned me to him. I swam over to him and sat beside him on the rock. I realized for the first time that he was more complicated than he seemed. He looked at me and said, "Beautiful," and that was all he said. I looked at him and bit my lip. The water dipped from his hair and rolled down his pale, gorgeous face onto his lips. I moved my eyes to his arms, which were muscular and strong, then I looked to his abs, which were sexy and toned.
I then felt his hand on my cheek, as I looked into his eyes, he put my head on his shoulder. I snuggled up to him and he held me against his body, with his strong arms wrapped around my petite waist. We sat in silence for a while, basking in eachothers presence, and then he pulled away. At that moment, he kissed me. His lips pressed against mine and I felt a burning in my chest, and my heart was pounding in my chest. His
His hand was in my hair, twisting it and pushing my lips onto his. He pulled away and looked at me to see my reaction. I smiled and blushed. He looked at me and kissed me short and sweetly, then jumped into the water and disappeared. I climed down the rock and swam down after him. I couldn't find the opening so I swam back up in the cave. I yelled for Alec to come, but he didn't return. I climbed up to the opening at the top of the cave, and walked out and looked around.. Where was Alec? I was lost.
I climbed back into the hole leading into to the cave. I felt some rocks give way under my feet and I suddenly slipped. I cut open my left leg as I splashed into the deep water. I took a deep breath and finally after a few times of diving, found an exit from the cave. I swam out, exhausted and scared, and clung to the side of the rock. I was about to yell his name again when I realized that I was in a different area of the river. Maybe I had swam out the wrong tunnel. . I managed to swim to shore, where I looked across the water and saw no sign of him. I listened, and didn't hear him either. I groaned from the gash in my leg that was bleeding rather bad. I sat in shock for a few minutes until I heard him, yelling for me. "Im here!!!!" I screamed. I looked but still couldn't see him. I jumped into the water and swam to the rock. There he was, looking scared and angry, glaring at me. " Where the hhell have you been?!" He yelled at me. He seemed worried. "I thought you had drowned!!!"
"Maybe if you hadn't left me in that cave I'd be fine!!!!!!" I yelled at him. I was in a bad mood after being lost in an unknown area for so long. I swam to shore and grabbed my shirt, pulled it on and looked at my cell phone . 43 missed calls from Ryan. I realized that I'd have to put up with him later. "What happened to your leg?!!?!!" Alec ran to me and held my foot in his hands, observing the wound. "When did this happen!?" he asked. "After you left me?" I couldn't understand why he was acting so frantic. He then kissed my foot and laid my leg back down. "I'm so sorry Jenna..." Alec was truly worried. He had just met me and he acted like I was the most precious thing he had ever beheld. "it's okay. It doesn't hurt that bad." I began to talk him down and calm him. He finally settled down and got on the bike. He started the engine as the sun was setting, I wrapped my arms around him and we began the long drive home.
I arrived home later than I expected, and went straight to my room. I looked in the mirror at myself... My long brown hair was frizzy and tangled and my bright green eyes seemed puffy. I put my hair into a bun and washed my face. I layed down on my bed and stared at the wall, thinking of Ryan and Alec. How could I fall for someone so quickly? It wasn't fair to Ryan, but I knew that he hadn't payed any attention to me before. I was tired of all his games. I needed stability in my love life, not uncetainty. I woke up Saturday morning and went out for a walk. I usually walked through my nieghborhood to feel safer. It always helped, but today, I felt uneasy.
I turned tge corner and began to jog, hoping to shake off my uneasyness. I felt like I was being watched. I decided to cut my walk short and run home.
