Well Giggity, that's what I said " if you want to be able to complete your scavenger / hunting, you cannot war die to the lack of time to do both . " That would be great to be able to make both without running, or choose one of these ways.
So stop scav hunting and go war... You made a choice to scav hunt and not war. Ata didn't make that decision for you.

Wars only return if clubs declare war to eachother. It's (for a change ) not ATA's doing wars disappeared. That already happened when plunder was increased. So everyone stopped volleying and started farming inactives and PWars came....
