  4. Go look at pimds chart for wars

    They say sign up starts at 6pm gmt when I convert 6pm gmt to est time it says 1pm yet pimd says sign up is 12pm est? Shouldnt it say 1pm est?

  11. There is a difference. We move our clocks one hour forward or backward twice a year, and the EDT/EST indicates that.
