One example I got is their was a noob and he posted what is *** a third party app he didn't know what it was and he didn't know it could get him silenced for saying it n he didn't get a warning he just got silenced

Nick, we are allowed to give warnings and it is up to each mods discretion and choice of how they wish to moderate. I normally don't give any warnings myself.

Err, all third party apps are banned except for Palringo and Photobucket. It would be a long list if we had to name every other app made.
