ok my new story;

he tripped on this knife, hit his head and was knocked unconscious, therefore all the blood rushed to his brain and to that he suffered serious brain damage and died

 

The man had epilepsy. The reflection of light from the knife sparked his seizures and he couldnt take anymore and died

 

Maybe he went to grab the knife, picked it up. And as he was walking with the knife, getting hit... trip, fall, and hit his head.


Dead.
