People can be sitting next to each other looking at it on the same screen and seeing something different, so it's not about the screen you're looking at it on. I've noticed if I'm on a page and scroll down to the picture it's white/gold, however if I scroll up so the bottom of the picture comes into view first it's blue/black. Also last night I stared at it so long my eyes unfocused (like those magic picture things where you stare until the picture suddenly pops out) focused it was white and gold, once my eyes unfocused it turned blue and black. I don't trust my vision at all anymore
I see blue and black. The dress is blue and black. Every lighting / angle I've looked at it with it's black and blue. So I have no idea.
It's actually designed blue and black...but then all our cones and rods in our receptor makes colour different for everyone...earlier today I saw it as white and gold (same picture) and now I see black and blue. The lighting must of had an effect as I saw white and gold when it was light but now I see black and blue when it's dark.
I agree 100% but isn't it possible this dress comes in white and gold AND in blue and black. I honestly don't get what all the fuss is about bc I have a feeling this dress comes in both colors.
See my point?! This debate is stupid. They changed the lighting with these pics so of course it's gonna look different
Find the dress again and someone with an iPhone 6 or Galaxy S5 should take the picture. That picture is terrible and edited anyways.
I thought it was a psychological experiment where the dress was actually blue and black, but whoever put the pic out there only said it was gold and white just to see how many ppl lied abt seeing that too just to seem different. But after seeing this pic from NYT I saw how wrong i was
