Seria- Your right Sam, he shouldn't waste his energy freaking out like we're executioners, and calm down. Your fine.

 

Cynthia:-sighs- I don't have time for this -gets up-

 

Seria- Cynthia, why are so certain this is wasting your time?

 

Peridot: -everyone talking at once makes him anxious but he settles down, his eyes shift downwards, a over whelming sadness about him- My mother... They are going to kill her for keeping me hidden all these years. -a shot goes off in the distance-... and they did. I couldn't protect her. -swallows hard-

 

Samantha: -brushes his hair from his face and looks deeply in his eyes smiling-

 

-gently gestures- We all care about everyone, so we'd like you to help us, kind of like a family.

 

Cynthia:-sighs- Yep like a family

 

Kat: -points finger-  Well actually I haven't exactly been noticed at all and everyone is in their own conversation so I hardly think this is a family. -says matter of fairly-

Peridot: -scoffs- family?! I have only brought harm to everyone I have ever loved. Why would I go through that again? -he glances at Kat and raises his eyebrow- look, you even have miss hates everyone on your team. I don't think you need another one.

 

Seria- Kat, could you help by getting something for this stranger to eat?

Peridot: -laughs, surprised at his own voice-...but you are quite the adorable kid.
