Thank you Thank you thank you! I've been asked for nude photos prolly 30 times. We have had 3 girls I know of quit KaW because of it. 7 quit our clan. When approached by the individual I told him ask my BF for approval. We talked to the Mods got no where as the ss was more than 24 hours old ! So we handed over to the local police. People there are predators on these game don't be flattered by them. Any suggestive language or careful approach to and leading up to sexual Harassment tell them you'll inform the local police. Child pornography is a global issue and the US and Canadian penalties are among the lightest. Never give out any personal info.
To those with questions about sexting here is the dirty truth as it pertains to the united states. Sexting between consenting adults (18) or older is perfectly legal, dumb but legal. The problems arise because children (17) and younger are sexting. A 17 year old or younger kid sends his or her nude photos to their boy or girl friend and it is against the law. Here is how. The picture taker has just created and is now in possession of what is called child pornography. When the picture is sent via email text snail mail or just handed to another person, the picture has just been transported and distributed as child pornography. Now any new people who have the photos are in possession of child pornography. So that is it as far as basic sexting goes. Don't even get me started on the older perverts who send photos of themselves to those under 18. That is the same as buying a porn magazine and giving it to a young kid. It is called contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Of course this all stems from the puritanical ideas this country has about sex. Tell any kid not to do something and they will do it. Until this country gets of it's moral high horse about sex this behavior will thrive. For some the sign on the electric fence others however will simply have to pee on it.
