Josh's point of view: I was in the hospital for only two days but I knew I had to get out ASAP. I had memorized which nurses came through and how long each check was and the time between each check. I knew I could get out but I had to move tonight. I had to keep James from telling the cops. I waited patiently, being friendly to all the nurses that came through during the day. I was waiting for night since it was longer intervals for when they checked me. Night finally came and the last nurse in my room looked at me and smiled,"Now you that the next nurse to check on you will be here in 2 hours or so." I nodded,"Yes mam I do. Thank you." She left and as soon as she did I got up and unhooked everything from me and changed back into my clothes and stuck my head out the door. The hallway was quiet and there wasn't a nurse around. I could feel a smile creep on my face. Perfect I thought. I gently eased the door open and with my keys and phone in my pocket I left my room and gently closed the door behind me trying to not make a sound. I looked up and down the hallway again and made my way quietly towards the exit. I still looked around warily because the last thing I needed was to get caught. I found the exit into the back where there was a fenced in area where some workers took a smoke break and entered in the password to unlock the door. Yeah I'm just that good. I got outside and looked at the fence. I knew I could climb it but I would have to make sure I got it just right. I saw two chairs and stacked them so all I would have to do is just jump. I got on the chairs carefully and got my balance and then leapt to the top of the fence and pushed the chairs down as I did so. I was on top of the fence now and I felt good about my breaking out of a hospital. I gently got down and started walking. I had to find my truck no matter what. I was gonna pay James a little visit.
Not as long of an update as I wanted but it'll do until I can write more. Gonna be a little busy today
