I arrived at the Philadelphia International Airport after traveling for 2,915 km and sitting on a chair that wasn’t even near comfortable. I hardly finished reading my book on the plane because a chubby kid who sat behind me kept on kicking my seat. It was the worst plane ride ever and I was already beginning to miss Luke and Andi and all my friends. We took a taxi to Belmont Hills. I heard that it was a great neighborhood. “Wow” A whisper came from my mouth as my eyes widened in awe. This house was BIG and BEAUTIFUL. I can't believe that we are living here! I tried to hide my excitement and breathed. “Well, do you like it?” My mom smiled because she knew I loved it. “It’s.........not bad” I didn’t want her to know that I actually liked it. “Come on, let’s have a tour.” The whole day we were moving our things in, touring the house and checking out the rooms. There were two bedrooms and one guest room. There was even a pool! Later that day, I eventually found my new room. It had the color of tifanny blue and white. It was simple but beautiful and it felt homey. I guess this wasn’t going to be so bad. The next morning, I went for a jog before I left for school. It was quiet and I felt lonely again. I started to tear up when someone tapped me on the shoulder from behind. I spun around to find a guy. He had a tall muscular figure and had mesmerizing green eyes. I realized I was staring when he smiled a bit. “So are you new here?” He was still smiling. “Um.m..what? Oh Hey yeah I’m n-new here” I was stuttering so bad. There were butterflies in my stomach. “Oh My mom’s calling me. Well, see you later then!” He jogged up to his house and I looked back at him. Did I have jusr feelings for him? I tried not to think about the guy that just talked to me a few minutes ago. I mean Luke was still my boyfriend and I still love him. I ran back inside my house to get ready for school. I went for the girl-next-door look. I bid my mom goodbye and decided to walk to school since my mom was still in the process of even buying a car and besides I wanted to see Philadelphia. I noticed that a black car was following me from behind so I turned around a corner and so did the guy in the car. I started walking fast as fast as I could. This was getting really freaky. Of all the people, why did it have to be me? I looked back thinking that he wasn't there anymore but it turned out that he was still there! I tried to run but he pulled off his car right next to me and opened the door before I could escape. Shiz. "Hey. Umm..I didn't mean to scare you but do you want a ride? I've been trying to catch you but I guess you're just... A fast walker" It was HIM. He was the guy in the car. How could I be so stupid!! He ran his hands through his brown hair sheepishly smiling at me. I liked that. "Umm..yeah..sure why not" I smiled nervously, wiping off the sweat from my forehead from my attempted escape. He opened the door for me and got in the driver's seat. I hope this wouldn't be one of those silent awkward moments. "I realized that you were going the same direction as I was." He looked calm and collected unlike me who was sweating and nervous. "Yeah....I guess I was. I was actually going to Belmont High. That's where I go to school." "Well, I actually happen to go to Belmont High." He smiled wildly at me. "Really? Well that's a concidence." I was getting less nervous now. There was something in his smile that made me calm. "Oh and by the way I'm Austin." He grinned at me while brushing his hair off his face "Diana" I smiled back. I guess moving here wasn't so bad at all. Okay I know its short but I'll be updating more maybe tomorrow. I hope you like it. By the way be honest but do you find Austin hot? Because I want him to be hot but also really caring and nice.
