Gets my book off the shelf and opens it. I skim the contents page and see fallen angels. I go to that page and look at the list of fallen angels that have been through the camp. My finger stops when I find Kayla's name, I read across and look at her parents. I shut the book quickly and put it on my shelf, then runs my hands through my hair "I definitely missed that lesson."

 

heads back to camp and goes to sleep

Dae:

Uses my mind to search the camp and finds Rayhan by the lake "I better see how he is." Walks out of my cabin and down to the lake. I approach Rayhan silently, hesitating slightly before speaking "are you okay?"

 

Yeah,you???

 

Dae:

"Cringing from the water." Hides my wings "otherwise I'm fine. But you aren't."

"I searched the camp with my mind. I saw you needed company. So here I am."

Sighs and mutters "this is why you don't let anyone in." Spots Kayla but walks back to shore before flying to her
