-I punch my self in the gut hard as sal grips my arm-

 

-tears swell out of my eyes as I snap the bone back into place-

 

-I cough hard and grunt but I refuse to cry. I see sal crying-

What's wrong?!

 

"I don't like hurting you..."

-I take the sling from my bag and put it on her. I cradle her arm in a stable position-

 

I'm fine

-I whisper and kiss his forehead-

 

-I pull her close making sure not to hurt her arm-

"Good.."

 

-I nod and smile-

Please don't cry for me

 

"I can't help it. I love you..."

-I hug sal tightly with one arm-

 

-I hold her not wanting this moment to end-

 

-I keep hold of him and lay my head gently against his chest-

 

"Come on let's go back home. You need to rest."

-I start carrying her back to the house-

 

-normally I'd protest against being carried but I'm too sore to say anything-

 

-I open the door to the house and close it behind me. I take her back to my room and lay her down on the bed.-

"Go to sleep."
