A close friend in district 12.

 

Two points I need to point out.

A.) Victors are immune from the games. They cannot go into the hunger games again. So you would not have won previously.

B.) The districts are completely separate. You would have no friends in other districts if you were a tribute. Also, why on earth would an outfit meant to represent YOUR district be influenced by another?

Sigh.

 

*Tristan skips around, eventually bumping into Nova* "Nova! Hi there! I heard you didn't have a stylist for the interviews, and I was MORTIFIED! Soooooo, I made you this!" *He pulls out a dress that would barely qualify as a shirt, entirely made of multicoloured sequins* "Isn't it WONDERFUL?"

Your incorrect on both subjects.

1. Katniss was a victor. She was summoned to compete on the games again.

2. Katniss was friends with a member of district 9 and 4 in the first hunger games. The small girl if you remember. 

 

And in catching fire, People from district 4,5 and 7 are pleased to see her it says in the book, and film.

(Um, she was only put back in because it was a quarter quell. And she became friends with them AT the games, not before. 77 is right.)
