((Yeah tashy I'm fine with that)) Sammi She reaches the doorway to the roof and slowly climbs up the stairs, watching her combat boots leave faint marks of dirt on the steps.
*my face splits into a wide grin and I pull you into my arms with excitedness, doing my best not to jump up and down* Oh, thank you! The interviews are going to be ten times more beautiful now!
Kirsten: She leans on the edge of the roof and sees a rainbow of blobs - wait, they're people. She smiles as she looks at their strange attire.
Zeus He sets off in search for Lily, eventually finding her. "Lily, we need to go and try on our interview outfits."
Kirsten: "It is, yes. I prefer the view back home: lots of water, sand." She smiles and sighs, knowing she'll never see District 4 again.
Sammi "Oh, where are you from?" she asks curiously. She barely knows anything about the districts, just occasional tales from the people who come in contact with the citizens.
Kirsten: "Four. It's nothing special, but the views at night are nice. What about you? Where are you from?"
Sammi She thinks frantically, not wanting to seem like an outsider. "I… uh… District 14?" Is that even a district? she worries.
Kirsten: "Fourteen? Is that one of those ones that is secretly still going? Because I have this theory that every District that gets wiped out secretly carries on in another place or underground or something." She tilts her head, not knowing much about the amount of Districts either.
Sammi She sighs with relief. "No… it's just… they just made a new one. It's a really small one, just made for… trading, a-and travelers passing through."
Sammi "Daggers. And I can make poison out of everyday plants. It's pretty great." She chuckles a little.
Kirsten: "You'd be a useful ally. The only thing I'm good at is stabbing and hiding." She thinks of her secret training before the games, and how she only ever missed a target twice with throwing knives.
Sammi She laughs. "Don't sell yourself short. Those skills are pretty useful. We'd make a good team."
Kirsten: "We probably would." She shrugs. "I don't care about winning myself, I just don't want District 1 or 2 to win. They always do."
Sammi "They do?" she asks, then quickly covers up. "I mean, I know, it's so annoying. They should be our first targets."
