On his way over to Lexi's house, Ryan ran into Bonnie. They had once dated but now were good friends. Bonnie was the type of girl who didn't need a man to make her happy. She was perfectly fine being on her own. Bonnie had been sitting on the porch reading the latest novel while running her fingers through her brunette hair, twirling it as she did so. She must have been really into the book because she hadn't realized Ryan was standing there until he tapped her on the shoulder. Her hazel eyes quickly looked up at him "Hey! Where's Lexi?" she said smiling "I was just on my way over there but I saw you sitting here and thought id say hi" Ryan replied. "Oh well I'm glad you did, it's been so long!" she stood up and hugged him tightly. "I think you may be taller than the last time I saw you" Ryan laughed as he said: "yeah how long has it been...a year?" "Hardly.." Bonnie replied awkwardly "Well Bon, I should get going. Don't want to keep Lex waiting" Ryan could tell Bonnie was a bit upset. When he finally arrived at Lexi's house, Lexi had already made up her mind and packed her bags which she stuffed into a closet. Ryan came over to her and wrapped his arms around her, giving her a big hug and a kiss. "Happy Anniversary" Ryan said excitedly. That had been the first time Lexi had smiled all day but it quickly faded away when she remembered what she was going to say to him. She knew she had to get it out as soon as possible. "Ryan, I think we should break up"
