I was searching for Mr. Lankade's number when I realized that Master Lupin was calling me. I abandoned the task of finding Mr Lankade's number and recieved the call. "Hello?" I said quietly. "Oh hello Asmina," a voice replied. I froze, it was a voice yet familiar yet strange. "Yeah every single huntress before you in Arania had the same response when I spoke to them in that tone of a voice," Mr Lankade said teasingly in his normal voice. I breathed a sigh of relief and felt that Mr. Lankade was lucky he wasn't in this room because I would have strangled him to death if he had been. "Practicing for a play, sir?" I said in a monotone. "I know you were going to call just before I called you," he said in this annoying I-know-everything voice. "Sir, I couldn't really care less whether you know or don't know," I said in the same monotone. "Yeah and you are now going to ask me why I have Master Lupin's phone," he said in the same tone. "No sir I was going to ask how on Arania you found out that Reanne and I were not siblings and then ask you that but since we are on that subject now, why on Arania do you have Master Lupin's phone?" "Asmina, Master Lupin has gone missing," "Master Lupin? And he left his phone there?" "Yes Asmina can you please find him? We need him to do something but he simply disappeared in to nowhere on July the 2nd Friday." "Sir, do you know where he might be?" "I don't know but right before he disappeared he kept mumbling...wait...yeah he kept mumbling the Empty Book, the Empty Story." I froze scared. One trouble over another. I was never going to lie again about anything because this was the outcome of the many lies I had told. "Mr Lankade I will call you back tomorrow," I barely managed to whisper before ending the call. Shortest update ever _______________________________ I wiped my eyes with a tissue. I kept telling myself to be strong. I went to my bedroom to have some peace and be away from trouble for once. Of course, trouble wouldn't leave me. On my bed there was a creature I knew so well. The creature had bat ears, fox tails, blue hair and yellow eyes. I now understood what I was... A magnet for trouble... Sylvester's POV I looked at Asmina with my bright yellow eyes. I looked at her with worry when no shock registered on her face. How many troubles had she been in while I was gone to make her so cold? The Asmina I remembered was kind and patient... Always there when people needed her..... What had happened? And why had Asmina changed so much..? Master Lupin's POV I shoved my bag into the closet and put my feet up on the desk sitting down on my armchair. Brrrrrring.......! A sudden noise startled me and I fell out of the chair. I got up grumbling and stared at the phone call. It was from Reanne. I looked at it for a minute before opening the window and throwing it out. Slam! I turn around quickly alarmed than realize it's only Hermes. "So you told the news to Asmina?That wasn't a clever move boy," I say to him. "I was going to ask you what you were doing here," Hermes said snarling slightly. "Why I thought you already knew, I'm on the same mission you're on," I say before calmly walking towards the window and jumping out. Hermes's POV I stared at Master Lupin in suprise as he said that he was on the same mission as me. I pondered why he was on the same mission as me.... In Arania rarely were there was a mission given to two people.... Unless.... I gasped as a idea occured to me... I cursed before running out of Master Lupin's house. Reanne's POV I stared at my phone fustrated when Master Lupin didn't answer my calls. I hated being kept in suspense. I got up quickly and threw my coat on before rushing downstairs past a surprised Nikki. Nikki's POV I stared after Reanne surprised. What on earth was the problem? First Asmina got knocked out and now Reanne just had to rush off somewhere. _____________________________
