  5. A few days later, after Guy had settled in, he was looking around the market for a little snack, checking out all the stalls. Some shouting came from behind him, and he turned just in time to leap out of the way of a large runaway gray stallion, the stable keeper was right behind it, but gasping and panting for breath. Guy watched as the man took a few more steps and stopped, then took off running after the horse, knowing that he couldn't catch it, but that he could find it. He followed it to the nearby forest, then grinned.

~If I were a horse, how deep into the forest would I go?~ He thought to himself. ~Just far enough to keep to the edge and get the best grasses~ Guy ran into the forest, his grin widening as he realized that this was almost a hunt, something he was very, very good at.

After a few hours of searching around,
a flash of grey caught Guy's attention, and suddenly the horse was galloping right towards him. He stood his ground, flexing his powerful hands. When it was close enough, he reached out, and with a mighty heave, he grabbed its neck and pinned it to the ground, stopping it short of trampling him. He then let it up, murmuring to it, keeping it calm, then looked over it, whistling at how fine a steed it was. Guy even realized that, with a little luck, the horse might actually be able to hold him! He grinned, grunting as he climbed on, and steered it in the direction of the town. "

"Let's go home, pal." Guy said to the horse, ushering him into a slow trot. The horse had acknowledged him as the leader, as he had bested it, and therefore did not try to throw him off. Guy patted the horses neck, chuckling.

"Don't be too grumpy, I only threw you down to st-" his words were cut short as he exited the forest in time to see numerous figures leaving the village... Which Guy then realized was smoking and burning!

    Dun Dun Duuuuuuun!!!

  6. I hope all the people that said they liked it are reading it

  11. Guy gasped at the smoke and flames, driving the horse forward as fast as it would go. His eyes widened at the intensity of the flames, and he tied the horse to a nearby tree, running into the flames.

He covered his mouth with a scarf, using his memory to find his way to Ted's tavern, busted down the burning door with his foot, and jumped into the flames.

Guy looked around desperately, then saw Ted, blood running down the side of his head, a burning rampart on top of him, apparently knocked out. He lifted the burning wood off with one gloves hand, throwing Ted over his shoulder with the other.

He ran out, noticing many other's laying in the streets, most stabbed and beaten, others close to death. All the buildings were ablaze. Guy gritted his teeth with anger, then ran from the village, putting Ted on the horse and hopping on

"Don't worry, old friend, I'll save you" he muttered to himself, setting off in a gallop, heading towards the next and nearest village

  12. Awesome! This is so interesting hopefully I'm the first to reply!!!

  14. ~2 and a half months later~

    "Go go go go go...!"
The continues shouts egged the two fighter's on,the larger one taking hits left and right. The little one pressed his advantage, swinging his hands and hammering the other man. Then, just when it seemed like he'd leave the ring, the larger man grinned suddenly, and a cold shiver went down the little ones spine. He then woke up a few days later, in bed and bandaged up. What happened was...

The big man caught the little one's fist, swinging it out, leaving him wide open, which the big man took advantage of and laid a series of crippling blows to the mans chest, then picked him up and hurled him bodily against the wall, a sickening crack resounding throughout the hidden fight ring. The big man grinned his devils grin, turning back around and jumping down from the fighting area.

The big fighter was wiping his face with a rag and sipping water from his water skin. An older, potbellied man walked up to him, handing him a large pouch of coins.

"There's your winnings, I already took my little bit. Thanks again, Guy!" Ted said as he smiled at him, waving and walking away. Guy smiled back, standing up and putting his shirt back on. He took another gulp from his water, putting the sack of coins in his pack and walking away from the hidden fighting ring. He went to the stables where he left his horse, patting its neck, then takes a few coins the stable boy gave him"

"Take good care of him,"Guy said to the young man, walking out. He stretched his arms, flexing his muscles, and walked out the front gate, wondering where in the world the path would take him
