I am an American iPhone user and got mine. They also asked me to rate the game 5 stars so I rated 1 star in the App Store.

How to restart the app:

Exit out.
Press the home button two times, quickly.
Press the PIMD app till it wiggles.
Press on the little red thingy in the corner.
Open PIMD.

For people who tried re-installing instead of restarting . Or don't know how to . You'll probably get it... Just gotta wait. ._. I'd email support@athinkingape.com with any problems. And Apple users do get this one. 
