Max stopped walking. "Its... my fault isnt it?"

 

Gunner: "mean what?" He raises his eyebrow.

Cyrus: "ill always be here just not be her owner that's all."

Slade: "you need something cause I'm heading home to go sleep."

 

Zhar takes out a gun from a holster. "The contract must be dealt with."

 

Hunter: "then she'll just be our little princess... until we find her a mate.."

Jaq whimpered. She was trying to tell him she didnt want to be sent away.

Valeri blushed. "Exactly... what do you have in mind for me?"

 

Cyrus: "she is the Base mascot Hunter, she is everyone princess here."

Gunner: "you tell me? I want to know what you are thinking I mean?"

Slade: he petted her. "So the animals are finally leaving?" He though to himself. "Guess you will be lonely once they leave." He said a smile.

 

"I guess so..." Claire muttered "I don't know if I should be thankful or what..."

 

Max: "i'll go if you dont want me."

Jaq whimpered again.

Valeri looked away as her cheeks turned red.

Hunter: "so no on the mate for her?"

 

Cyrus: "that's for her to decide."

Slade: "guess you'll be the base mascot for another year."

Gunner: "say it say it."

 

"No, don't." Claire whispered. 'I've already lost so much... I don't want to lose you as well." She thought

 

Zhar leaves the pier, holstering the gun.

 

Max cupped her cheek. "Tell me. I'll ask for a transfer."

Hunter: "i agree."

Jaq whimpered again.

Valeri: "no...."

 

Claire glared at him. "Ask for a transfer and I wont hesitate to kill you." She growled, tears starting to brim at the corner of her eyes

 

Gunner: "what? Don't tell me you don't want to?"

Cyrus: "all the decisions are for them to decide not me."

Slade: "you are staying at the base right?"

 

Jaq nodded.

Max kissed her.

Hunter sighed as he stroked James fur.

Valeri blushed more. "Maybe..." she said softly

 

Slade: "good wouldn't want our princess leaving the base." He stroked her hair.

Cyrus: "something wrong?" He put on his shirt back on.

Gunner: "guess you'll become a Thompson."

(Just came out of nowhere.)

 

Zhar travels to the locations of his targets. He stands, waiting for his time to strike.

 

Claire kissed back and pulled Max closer, never wanting to let him go

 

(*laughs*)

Valeri blushed even brighter.

Jaq barked a liitle before licking Slade's face.

Hunter: "i was thinking how much i'll miss these guys."

Max deepened the kiss

 

Gunner: "yes or no?"

Cyrus: "they have been like my kids but they grew up too fast and now it's time to let them go."

Slade: "now go and have one of the cooks give a fresh baked steak."

 

Zhar looks at the contract. "Two to kill... One to capture."
