I’ve never had sushi

 

Fish are friends not food.

 

salmon with mentaiko is h e a v e n

but I also love a simple handroll with crisp seaweed, avocado, thicc jumbo crabstick and crunchy little ebiko beads

or a velvety steamed egg (chawanmushi) with crab meat and salmon roe

 

i like salmon with the orange sauce thingy on it ? idk what it’s called rip

 

I think it's called inari? And I like instant ramen (Korean brands preferably) w lotsa black fungi and tofu puffs and bok choy tbh

 

Sushi doesn't have to be fish tho. The only requirement is rice

 

Chicken sushi?

O i like carne asada with frijoles n rice

 

Gosh what a knee-slapper. The rice has to be sushi rice and prepared w vinegar.

Sorta on-topic, but does anyone have recommendations for sushi that doesn't contain fish? I want to try sushi, but I'm horribly picky and don't like fish lol
