Okay with water you can make tsunamis and stuff like that and with ice u can send icicles thru the air to kill ppl so If you need creativity help with your power ask me and I can give you a good way to kill ppl with the power like fire burn someone to death air make it so thin they can't breathe plants use a vine or something to choke them and tele u can make anything go flying at someone  my favorite 
