There are no details for a reason. It's supposed to be something someone can relate to. It's towards a general audience not one person

I think it's realistic as far as some family dynamics. Not many have experienced this and maybe only hear stories but it does happen. You never know what people maybe keeping inside so I think it's true to let those people see just how special and important they are .
"If I got raped I'll just suck it up." Ha. Ha. Ha. Even if you suck it up to the point where you don't tell anyone it still eats at you. Even with knowing it wasn't your fault, it still eats away at you. It changes you. It may not be noticeable changes, but one day someone may do something unintentionally and it makes you freeze up and have flashbacks.
@A51L that email and number is amazinqq the people that work there are amazinqq wehn i was depressed i emailed them they helped me throuqh so much if they ddnt help me id still be cuttinqq and still be depressed but im not anymore .......
Yup ash v helpful organization, for peeps that struggle w suicidal thoughts put into into your telephone contacts
I love those organizations. I've never used them because I have my own contacts in my mental health community, but I have recommended them to others. I have the upmost respect for the people that volunteer their time to help people like that.
For kids (under 18) go too childline. Just type 'childline' into your ipod. They have FREE online councilers too help you through hard times, also NO emails are sent so.... No-one has too know that your getting the help u deserve unless u decide too tell them
