  19. Tb does matter in wars. Tb can help you land on oppo or can make it hard for oppo to land hits on you. For an example if you are in a war lets just make it easy and say it's a lcbc war. The person on the bottom of oppo's member list has less tb than others. So it is an easy target. You can dtw that person faster than you could #1 in oppo's member list.

    Hell you could think of tb as another you and the tb could be anything.
