The leaderboard is always delayed days after a hunt starts. And technically T10 & T100 is still considered part of the stories.
I agree that LB is usually a bit delayed but I think this quite a long time for the delay especially on such a short hunt. But yeah, I agree that leaderboard is technically part of Stories. It has do with main drop collections.
