Okay so why do you want players who have worked hard for their stat items just to give to some noob who probably won't even have pimd in the next week or so?
Personally I do give away old BB items, spinner items, and peps when I have extra to noobs that ask for their tutorial "Can I have a gift?" but I refuse to give anything larger because of that reason. I'd rather give away items to someone that has shown genuine interest in the game and that might not uninstall the app within a week.
