It takes me a long time because I constantly have school stuff I have to do and I work and I volunteer when I don't work and I job shadow. I write as much as I can.
Peyton's point of view: After talking with Madison I felt a little better. I went through the rest of the day trying to avoid Logan. I was headed to the soccer field when I saw someone I had never seen before. I put my stuff down on the bleachers and jogged over to him,"Hey. Haven't seen you before. I'm Peyton." The guy looked at me and nodded,"I'm Zeke." I nodded,"Nice to meet you. You just move here?" We started walking back to the bleachers and he said,"Yeah. Moved here from Missouri." I grab up my stuff,"Damn. That's pretty far." Zeke nodded and I looked at my watch,"Well I gotta go man but it was nice meeting you and if you ever need anything just let me know. I'm usually running track or in the batting cage after school." He nodded,"Alright. Thanks." I waved and started walking to my car. The kid seemed a little distant like he didn't want to be here but of course that was understandable. Moving to a new school was tough and moving to a different state was difficult but it got better once you found someone you had a lot in common with. I was almost to my car when I heard a bark. Yes a bark. I turned around and saw a dog. I get down in a squatting position,"Come here dog...I'm not gonna hurt you." The dog came to me and let me pet him. I tried looking for a collar or any tags but I couldn't find any. It was a cute little dog. He kinda looked like the dog Benji from those movies when I was a kid. I picked him up and he started squirming and he jumped out of my arms. He was like that jelly thing in that movie Flubber from when I was a kid. I picked him back up and put him in my car. I knew exactly who to give this little thing to. I drove my car to the hotel Kate and her family were staying at and I saw them loading up a taxi. They were only going to visit long enough for Kate and I to end our relationship "properly" whatever that means. I drove up and Kate saw me and came to me. I got out right when she got to my car and I hugged her,"I guess this is it." She nodded and buried her head in my chest and I whispered,"I have something for you." She looked at me puzzled and I winked at her and reached for the little dog in my backseat. I brought him out and he was still squirming. Kate smiled and hugged me and I put the dog in her arms and she asked,"What's his name?" I look at him and then at her and say,"You remember that movie Flubber about the little jelly thing that always bounced around?" She nodded with a puzzled look on her face,"Yeah. Why?" I smiled,"I named him Flubber because he reminds of the movie Flubber." Kate laughed and rolled her eyes,"Only you Peyton. Thank you this is really sweet." I gently grabbed her chin with one hand and lifted her head up and bent down and kissed her for the last time. I whispered,"I love you Kate." She nodded with tears starting to form in her eyes,"I love you too Peyton." I smiled slightly,"H*ll of a way to break up huh?" She was about to answer when her dad came over,"Sorry to interrupt but we have to go. Come on Kate." Her dad walked away and Kate stood on her tiptoes and kissed my cheek and whispered,"Goodbye Peyton." And just like that she walked away before I could answer her and got in the taxi. I waited until I couldn't see the taillights of the taxi and whispered,"Goodbye Kate."
