Peyton's point of view: "....send Peyton McGee to the office." I looked at Kate who was looking at me like what the h*ll did you do this time?! I looked at Kate and shrugged and my anatomy teacher gave me a pass to go to the office. I had gotten into trouble before I came to Neshoba and when I met Kate I stopped all that because I wanted to make a good impression on her and date her. I started walking towered the office wondering what the h*ll I was getting called for. When I got halfway to the office I saw my brother and sister walking to the office too. Sh*t. I caught up to them and they turned and Garrett asked,"What are we going to the office for?" I shrugged and said,"I have no idea." We walked on to the office in silence and when we got there our parents were sitting in the office talking with the principal. They turned and I asked,"What's going on?" My mom looked at my dad and my dad sat there a minute and said,"We're gonna be moving back to Georgia tomorrow. Since today is Friday it'll be easier to pack. I'm sorry Peyton. I know how much you love Kate but we have to do this. You and Kate have a strong relationship. I'm sure you two can keep up yalls relationship."

Kate's point of view: I kept watching the door waiting for Peyton to come in but he never did. The bell rang and still Peyton wasn't back so I walked to 5th period without my boyfriend. It was 10 minutes into 5th period when Peyton finally came in. He looked at me and gave me a small smile but it looked like it was forced. He sat down beside me and he didn't say a word at all. I looked over at him,"Peyt is everything ok?" He looked at me and said,"I'll tell you once we sign out after 5th." I looked at him questioningly and he just smiled at me so I went back to listening to the teacher talk. It was finally lunch time and everybody got up and headed to the door and I turned and saw Peyton still sitting there. He had a note that he was folding up and I said,"Peyton aren't you coming?" He looked up at me and said,"Yea." He got up and took my and slid the note in his back pocket. We walked to the cafeteria in silence which is unusual for us and everybody noticed it. You could practically tell what everybody was talking about by the way they kept looking over at us. Peyton just ignored it and let me go in front of him like always. We finally got to the lunch table and looked at me and said,"Kate I love you so much. I want you to know that nothing will break us up. Not even distance..."
