Peyton's point of view: My dad and the doctor went over to my bed and the doctor said,"He's going down fast. We need you to make a decision now on whether to keep him on life support or pull it." My dad shook his head,"You're telling me to decide whether to kill my son or not. He's my kid. He's staying on this machine until he gets better." The doctor shook his head,"Mr. McGee try to be reasonable-" My dad slammed his hands down on the table where my food and water was and said,"I don't give a fuck if I'm being unreasonable you're saving my son." The doctor shook his head,"He getting worse." I couldn't stand hearing this shit about me. I was getting ticked now. I saw the glass of water and I brought my fist back just to swing at it because I knew, or I thought I knew, that it wouldn't do shit to it but when my hand hit it the glass went to the floor and broke. My dad and the doctor just stared at it completely amazed and a little concerned and I was standing there amazed as well and I said,"Dude I just full-on Swayze'd that mother." It took a few minutes for anything else to be said and the doctor finally said,"We will save your son but it will take some time."
Peyton's point of view: My mind was still reeling from what had just happened.....but then I passed out again. He was getting better but he was still in a ****ing coma. I had called the army and told them what happened and I had asked them if they could let me fly out when he wakes up and they had said that was fine so here I was in a hospital room waiting for my oldest son to wake up from a coma. I had had only a few hours sleep this whole week and it was killing me. I had finally told Holly to go home and get some rest and to go to work but she was stubborn so last night she decided to stay with Peyton at night and let me go home and rest. It wasn't a bad idea but I didn't want to put her in a position of not having a lot of sleep and being ill at work so I told her no. She was mad at me but she would get over it like she always did. I looked at Peyton and I don't know if it was because of the lack of sleep or what but it seemed like his hand started moving......
