  20. I'd include a new rule tho... You can't be sp or you get sf'd even when out of war... To stop ppl from just joining to get tuts hired and sp'ing.. Lol.

    And maybe a "you have to be active a minimum of X amount of hrs or get sf'd after war" kinda thing... lol
