Part 8: Mason's Point of View "Do you want to .. go upstairs?" I returned my gaze to Rhiannon, in front of me. I could smell alcohol on her. Don't get me wrong. I drink, but it's a major turnoff when a guy can smell alcohol on a girl's breath. She was playing with my fingers which ticks me off. If I'm not dating you, don't touch my damn fingers. "No, not really." I said. My eyes shifted away from her. I saw Jenna sitting on the couch with my friend Aiden sprawled across her lap. No doubt he was drunk. A hurt look spread across Rhiannon's face. My lips traveled down to her ear. "I have a girlfriend." I stated simply. F*ck. Jenna might not agree to to this. Wait, of course she will. I'm Mason Parker. I gestured over to where Jenna was sitting. Rhiannon pulled away and looked like she was going to smack somebody. What did I just do? I watched as her gaze shifted to Jenna and a death glare was shot in her direction. "Wh*re." She mouthed. I quickly moved away from Rhi, to go stand in front of Jenna. I don't know why that pissed me off when Rhi called Jenna a wh*re. Probably because she isn't. This better work. Jenna's eyes turned back to me and a confused look spread across her face when she saw my extended hands. "What?" She asked. "Take my hands." My lips were barely moving. My voice barely audible. "Um no." She made it seem like I had just asked her to give me a blow job. Actually .. No, Mason. Just no. I let out a frustrated sigh. "God damn it Jenna! Why are you so f*cking stubborn?!" I hissed lowly at her. Her blue-green eyes were staring straight into my black ones. "Why are you such an inconsiderate prick?!" She retorted. I grabbed her hands and pulled her up, almost knocking Aiden off the couch. "I need you to do something for me." I thought quickly, ignoring her question. "I won't get a detention all of next week if you do this for me, and I'll even pay attention while you're tutoring me." A smirk grew on her face. This was a good sign for me. "Deal." She said. "What do I have to do?" "I need you to pretend o be my girlfriend." My fingers were crossed behind my back, silently praying that she would say yes. Jenna's eyes widened. "What?! No, I won't!" I felt a smirk grow on my face. "You already said you would. No going back now." Her eyes glared into me. "Why?" She spat. "See that girl?" I motioned over to Rhi with my eyes. "Yeah. The one who wants to get in your pants and you said no. What about her?" I smirked, had she been paying that much attention to my conversation? "I told her you were my girlfriend." I stated simply. "WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU DO THAT?!" Everyone's eyes turned to us. A blush crept on to her face. "Sh*t." She whispered under her breath. "Sorry guys." I said to the party. They all turned back to their conversations and turned away from us. My eyes shifted back to Jenna. "I already got laid already." I shrugged simply. A look of disgust came across her face. "You are such a disgusting pig!" I smirked. "Are you jealous? 'Cause you know, I would do you anyway." I pulled her hips closer to me. She tried to push me away but I held her even tighter. "Remember, you're my girlfriend Jenna. A girlfriend of mine, her world revolves around me. She would never push me away when I got close to her." I was enjoying this. Jenna looked like she wanted to puke. "You are so lucky I go to acting camp." Her eyes shifted to where people were dancing. "But just so you know, couples dance together." A smirk was plastered on her face. "Oh no no no." I said as I tried to pull her back. Damn. She was strong. "Oh yes. You made me do this. So I'm making you dance." I shook my head. "Come on. Does the great Mason Parker not know how to dance?!" She gasped. "Of course I f*cking know how to dance. I just don't need to prove myself to a sophomore." Her eyes were shining. "This sophomore is your girlfriend." She winked at me and walked over to the dance floor. Damn. She was so sexy. Stop Mason. Don't think that. She's-she's-sh*t. She's uhm .. what's the word .. she's f*cking sexy. I am so not drunk enough for this. My feet carried me over to the beer counter and I grabbed one. I searched around the room and found Jenna dancing. My eyes shifted to someone walking towards her. I immediately recognized it as Peter. Hell no. Peter sleeps with more girls than I do. I quickly walked towards Jenna, before Peter got there. I was standing behind her. She jumped hen I put my hands on her hips. "Shh. It's just me." I whispered into her ear. She shook off whatever irritation she had. Whoa. Jenna was good at acting. If she wasn't pretending to be my girlfriend, I probably would've been smacked by now. Many eyes turned to face us. "Well. Might as well give them a show." What? I raised an eyebrow but got my answer when she started grinding on me. Holy sh*t. I had girls grind on me before, but nothing like this. Her left arm reached up and snaked around the back of my neck. Shale it off Mason. Get your act together. I kissed her shoulder, at my touch her body tensed up. "I won't kiss your lips. I'm sure you want your first kiss to be special." My lips traveled up to her neck. "No one will believe you're my girlfriend if I don't kiss you." I kissed her again. "Just go with it." I whispered.
