Part 63: Mason's Point of View I saw Jenna come back into the school, after Owen had dragged her out. She looked sad. I saw her walking up toward the music department. "I'll be right back." I said to my friends. "All right, bro." They all said. Aubree kissed my cheek. "Come back soon babe." She gave me a seductive grin, that just made me want to slap her. What a {insert bad word here}. Footsteps echoed into the hallway. Why was Jenna going into the music department? She doesn't play an instrument. Does she? I opened the doors to one of the practice rooms. She was sitting, struming absentmindedly on a guitar as tears rolled down her cheeks. "Hey, don't cry." I said softly as I went to hug her. Jenna jumped, meaning I scared her. "What are you doing here?" She asked. I shushed her and just wrapped my arms around her tighter. "I saw you crying...Heaven, why are you crying?" I pulled away from our embrace to look into her eyes, search for some sort of an answer. "Owen..." She whispered. That {insert bad word here} hurt her?! I'll kill him. "H-he broke up with me." I couldn't help but smile, this was good news. To me anyway. That means she can finally be mine. "What do you mean?" I asked softly. "He s-said that he couldn't be my boyfriend...b-because he could see that I-I was in love with y-you." My smile grew larger. I pressed my lips against her forehead. "Shhh. It's okay, Heaven. Don't cry." She suddenly sat up, and looked into my eyes. "Can we forget about the 6 months?" I smirked. "6 months was over before I even said it." Jenna threw her arms around my neck, while her lips pressed against mine. Like this was the most important thing she could do. All that mattered was her, kissing her. Being with her. Holding her. "Jenna, we can't tell anyone." I whispered against her lips. She pulled away instantly. "Why?" She asked. "I'm pretty sure Aubree thinks we're dating-but we're not." I assured her. "It's just that well..." "I know. She's just someone you sleep with.." Her eyes were filled with hurt, I wish I could just make it all go away. Jenna walked toward me and kissed me. Nothing mattered after that. The only thing that mattered was her. I heard a door open, but I didn't pay any attention to it. An evil cackle rang into my ears. I immediately tore away from Jenna. The gossip queen herself, Jui was holding her phone up, and it looked like she had just pressed a send button. "Mason Parker and Jenna Bennett. Just wait until the whole school gets a look at THAT."
