Part 18: Mason's Point of View Was I acting? I'm not sure. My face got closer to Jenna's, so close I could feel her breathing catch. My hands went up on either side of her face, gently holding it. "and then," I whispered as my tongue ran across my lips. "He would kiss her.." I saw her eyes flutter shut. Did she want me to kiss her? My hormones were screaming at me to attack her lips, but my mind was telling me not to. My mind won, for the first time since I hit puberty. I felt my hands drop from her face. "I uh -" I cleared my throat and glanced at the clock. 5:58. "Sh*t, I have to go. Colton is coming over for dinner." I explained. Jenna's cheeks were a bright shade of red. Her hand reached up and tucked away a stray piece of hair. "Oh. Okay. Then, I guess I'll see you -" "Tomorrow." I finished for her. "I'll need more help on my homework .. probably." She gave me a small smile as she walked me to the door. "Tomorrow then." She said. "Bye Mason." I returned her smile and shrugged my backpack on my shoulders. "Good bye Jenna." The breeze outside blew the snow around the yard, dancing across the road. My phone vibrated in my pocket. I tool it out and looked at the new text. From Aubree: Mason! Rachel and I are feeling lonely and cold .. Could you maybe .. fix that? xox She was such a sl*t. I rolled my eyes and stuffed my phone back into my pocket.
If you write pimp in wc, tc, or cc, it puts asterisks in place of the letters. Apparently, pimping is bad
