    take cymbalta it really helps.go outside take a walk get off the phone do some volunteer work for the community

  7. It's ok to be sad. It's ok to forgive yourself for being sad. It's ok not to regret being sad.... And soon it will just be ok.
     
  8. I know how you feel. I'm bipolar so half the time I'm sad. I can't watch certain movies or hear certain songs without bawling. It will pass, I promise.

  10. I know the feeling. Just keep trying to push through your day. Don't let it take over your life, conquer it. Only you can make yourself truly happy in the long run. Aside from that, if the cause is something external, rather than just brain chemistry, it might help to talk to someone about whatever is troubling you. Even if you aren't sure, it can sometimes help pinpoint an issue you weren't even aware was bothering you. Do you have a friend or family member, or even a trusted adult that knows you well enough to ask the right questions?

    I have PIMD bestie that has always negative mind+ easy to get grumpy and depressed.
    Its bcs that person always hide his feelings.

    You need funny&positive friends to be at your side to motivate you. Just find rl friends who can hug you when youre down, dont hold it to your breaking point, cos you need rl ppl to socializee and live with
