Fuck. Creepy as fucking fuck. I remember.. Last night i was sleeping and I'm dreaming or whatever.. I was so scared I can't remember why.. I just remember that there's a shadow coming near me and i can't open my eyes.. Cause sometimes when I dream, i just open my eyes.. But, now it's different.. Then when i can't open my eyes.. I'm very scared and it's like I can't breathe after that I just do the sign of the cross and waluhhh.. I woke up nervous, my heart beats fast.. And its like i'm catching my breath. .-. I told my grandma that but she was like... MEHHH... WHATEVER.... Fuck it. So much sweg.
Lmao, i've never had a dream like that lol. Worst i get is falling and i know i'm dreaming but cant wake up until i hit the ground ? then when i do wake up, my stomach is stil doing sumersaults and it makes me feel sick, that is the most horrid feeling lmao, i fall in my dreams a lot ? hahaha
They said if that happens to you, it means that ths angels are carrying you up to heaven but they dropped you. I was like. It's all good as long as It's not hell.
I have heard of that theory. But there are more than one hypothesis. One i'm most familiar with is astral projection. It is believed by some that when your physical body is resting, your coincence/soul does not need to regain energy. Usually when sleeping you are lucid, so not aware of having out-of-body experience. But sometimes you regain a bit of lucidity and your brain processes this floating sensation as falling. So it incorprates this into your dream (if you are in a dream part of your sleep cycle). And if you regain to much lucidity, it's suppose to be that your astral body goes quikly back into your physical body, causing a jerk feeling and panick when awakening. Like me, I often have low levels of lucidity, causing me to have these sensations often. I have never been able to control it though, even when i'm aware i'm sleep falling. But just depends if you believe in that stuff or not.
It might ? my dreams sometimes come true or I get a sense that I've seen it before... My aunt says your dreams are Your deepest desires...like of you dream of pizza or something...you really want pizza...??
To continue the sleep falling comment There is also the hypnagogic myoclonic twitch theory or "hypnic jerk". This theory is basically when your in a restful state. Your brain can misinterprets this as falling. Causing your brain to send signals out to your arms / legs to straighten your body so to speak. It is believed this is also how you get the falling sensation, when you are to lucid to awaken quikly, your brain switches your dreams to falling, the increased heartbeat and breathing, cause you to awaken. Researchers are unsure why this happens, there are few guesses. My fav is the evoloutinary theory. Where it's believed that when we were homo sapiens (if you believe in evoulution) we slept in trees for safety. And the brain would make the body twitch, if the body was in an unsafe position. Like as you have balance things in your ears, they sent signals to the brain when the body moved into an unbalanced state. They believe this is why it still occurs, but that's probably my fav theory of the falling sensation. Regardless it's horrid, falling is my biggest fear lmao. I'd rather be haunted than fall to my death haha
Aaaah! I LOVE ghost stories... MY first experience with one was when I was sleeping a few years ago. I had woken up from a really scary nightmare (I don't usually have those), and I was staring at the ceiling trying to fall back asleep. I saw something of the corner of my eye to the right of me, near my bedroom door. I turned my head to look and I saw a man dressed in black with silver grey hair, crouching down looking out my door into the living room. The second I realized it was a man, not a shadow, he turned his head and looked at me, then faded away instantly. Second time I was driving with a friend late night and was looking out the window as we passed a graveyard. I saw a grey mist/cloud looking thing hovering under telephone wires. I've also had a ghost (or evil spirit) living in my home. Would hear footsteps when nobody was home, wake up with bruises and scratches for a period well. He was a meanie...I named him Charlie
Aray...that used to happen my mother and grandfather! They'd wake up and couldn't open their eyes, move their body or speak though. Felt like something was pushing on them and they couldn't breathe. They used to tell me they thought it was a demon and they'd try over and over say "Jesus" and it would end when they finally got it out.
Charlie the meanie ghost  win That actually sounds pretty scary though, i would hate to experience any other activity. It has gradually turned into a geniun fear. To see or feel something out of this world, i think i'd really have a panick attack or just break down crying lmfao
