I wonder if people with pollen sensitivity like myself would get a reaction from the second drink... I've seen honey as an ingredient, but never pollen itself.

It depends. I have pollen allergies, but I personally don't have problems with the bee pollen; however, others can have severe reactions. I really like the way it tastes, and the added texture it can sometimes give a drink.
