Laughs and takes a sip of my drink " So why did you move to our little town again?

 

Jodie: I moved here for my track training and to coach the juniors, you have a great track here -laughs-

"Well I never knew that! Of corse I'm a book worm not athlete."

 

Jodie: guess we are pretty different! Wanna practice track with me?

Walks with you " So y just run in track right?"

Jodie: I jog in the morning but that's all

 

Nods " I can do that."

 

Jodie: ok -walks to track and goes to changing room, changes into my shorts and track vest- u ready snow?

 

Gets in some shorts and a tank," Ready as I'll ever be."

 

Jodie: -begins drills and starts to stretch- just follow me...

 

Does what Jodie does and starts to have fun

 

Jodie: ok today my session is 100m 200m 400m 800m 5mile jog sound ok?
