 I apologize for such boring chapters. I have to do all the explainy bits and they tend not to be as exciting.

Mackie, Karina and Kris are already cemented as future characters that I already have in mind.

It just takes the boring explainy parts to get to the juicier bits.  The juicy bits. Sounds kind of nasty for a zombie story.

Anyway... Again I'm apologizing for all the boring explaining and droning that's been in HSotD. Had to put a plot in there eventually 

 

So sorry. Bumping this for reference really quick 

 

 So... I'm still researching medical terminology with my EMT buddy  it's going to be tough for me you guys. Thanks for bumping! Feel free to add more characters or I guess I'll make some up as needed 

 

Progress:
[Chewbacca, Simply_Fox and kaje6637's characters have all been assigned roles in the story. Minus one GaW character sign-up I've exhausted the list I believe.
Not sure who actually is still reading, but I'm pressing on 

Research:
Having difficulty tracking down drug information and procedural information. Also struggling with military research, but it's something new and fun.
I hope my story seems realistic enough, thanks for any criticisms.

Wrap-up:
Chapter 3 is The Breach, so there's an entire cliffhanger I'm trying to squeeze into the chapter before it ends. I'm not sure if Chewbacca's character will be introduced before the end but he plays a pivotal role.
Chapter 3 explains a lot of science behind the virus and also will be showcasing how it affects people in terms of incubation and outbreak  I hope it's interesting to you guys too.

All together it's over 25,810 words, around the average entry of novels I've previously published 
