  14. Don't you worry about bullies. They get a lot of rubbish in their lives so they just dump it on other people.
    You're amazing the way you are, and don't you forget it! You should be proud of who you are! If people call you four-eyes, then stand up to them and say,
    "So what if I am?"
    When I was getting bullied in high school, every morning I would wake up and say to myself
    "You are smart, you are kind, you are important,"
    And so are you! You just have to remember that!

  18. You can ignore the problem but it will eventually build up inside bit by bit than to a stage where u will just explode and that were suuicide comes in and sometimes murder .
