Main problem with the world is, people lack religion and morals. Nuff said.

 

 population IS an issue, the issue of overpopulation is part to why we also have many other issues.

 

Of course, it will kill the entire population if 10% of the population is gay. Wow, end of the world next year guys. Because all of us will magically be gay soon. 

 

Maybe if we don't have religion but keep moral rectitude then the world would be a better place.

Let's end this on a good note People deserve to be who they want no one dictates who they should be. But there are people who will be against gays. And sadly there's nothing anyone can do about it. Believe in what you believe in. 

 

Your statements always seem to bring religion into it when you could simply just state a real reason why you don't.

I've had my flings and long term relationships with females. Does that make me a bad person? No, it doesn't.

I'd like to really hear your side to this topic, but without being such a pompous ass who thinks he knows everything. If you wanna go into the whole religion thing, I could go there with you too, but I prefer not to.

You say it shouldn't be legalized, I say it should, just like the majority of the people on this thread think it should. It seems like religious people have the bigger issue with why it shouldn't.

I agree with one of Dan's posts that everybody fought for their rights, blacks, Latinos, Asians, women, and now it's about time the homosexuals deserve the same rights as everybody else.

Sometimes it's not even about the marriage, sometimes it's just about being accepted in today's society while there's haters all over the place shooting evil glances at the gay guys holding hands, or the gay girls kissing in a diner. Does it make it right that they get discriminated against everytime they leave the house by bigoted people? No, it don't. It's a form of bullying to judge someone.

Gays have feelings too, just like everybody else. They all hurt the same way as you and I.

Good question, it'd take a lot of digging back to tell where morals come from. Maybe it'd take us back to the beginning if civilization .

 

Religion dies not define our legal system and rightly so, therefore any previous comments argueing about religion is invalid. Religion is a choice, homosexuality is not. I have no religious beliefs however I do believe in equality. The world is scared of change but if there never was change, black people would still be slaves and woman would still have no rights. To make same sex marriage legal would have no effect on straight couples, religious people or none religious people, it would not effect all that much but it's a step in the right direction. If more countries allowed same-sex marriage statistics prove more children will be fostered and adopted, which can only help society. To argue that same-sex parents would cause the child tobe bullied is invalid, the child would have a loving jome which their Straight biological parents could not offer.

To cut that short Marriage is about family not what sex you are.

With a topic like this, it's not some sort of game. Face it. Gays will be marrying legally and they have just as much right as straight couples do. You can't fight it.  Soak it all in.
Stop fighting the movement because there are many more who would like equalization.

There aren't that many things that we can make everyone equivalent of each other. But gay people do not affect you, so let them be and butt out of it. I can go on and on about this and make a whole new thread and take down all the arguments. It should not be needed and you guys need to get your heads out of your butts and accept it or shove it back in where it belongs. 

 

I do as I please. If I want to argue against gays I can and there's nothing you can do about it just like there's nothing I can do about you guys talking about gays 
