Dies it matter? Abstinence until after marriage is one of the smartest things a person could do. You drastically decrease your risk of getting a disease and you drastically decrease your chance of having an unwanted kid. Besides, why would you want whoever you end up marrying to be your second or third choice? It's not fair to either person if the other didn't wait.
Actually it does matter. Why do you think the child was unwanted? When one make the decision to have relations, they may be doing it to have a child. I think she wants realistic responses.
