Agree with the constructive criticism...besides the peace tags..if ATA extended the time limit by one day, I believe that would go a long way towards alleviating the backlash ๐

I hope the game will be fixed before it gets to 12hrs. Its easier to shut down and schedule in maintenance. Then extend promo plus increase the vip passes drops to match those of tarot readings or side story. Last thing, please fix it so that on BF it doesnโt crash. But Iโm glad youโre working on it.
Correct, it isn't ATA's fault. However, ATA's customers (the players, in this context) have the right to complain because they paid. Yes we are not forced to purchase anything but since it is a BUSINESS (a service provider) it should at least meet our expectations to satisfy us - that is if they want to keep or attract new players.
There should be a department responsible to fix the game and another department to inform us. That's why it is called management for a reason.
Like I said how do you ixpect them to tell you. Even ata don't know if he game gonna break all of a suden. Get over your self and find other things to do with your time insted of being on here 24/7
