I was one of your bumpers but if you dont like it then I think I should stop reading cause I don't like threads that it's a really good story then the author got sick of it and left me hanging. I'm like, WHAT.)
(*sigh* I sense an argument coming on. .-. *twiddles thumbs* I'm not hating on the thread or anything… I just… I don't even-)
Everyone has a right to write what they want. Right now, the overwhelmingly young and female basis of Fan Fiction enjoy romance and death. Gotta change with the times, man.
Not to be a party crasher, but... This isn't really 3rd grade where you're still stuck with picture books. The problem probably lies in your capability of comprehending the meaning behind the plot, if there was one. Not saying anything about you, because I don't know you, I don't assume, and I don't want to come off as a jackass, but maybe it's because we want to try to master our writing technique by trying something... grotesque? We're all authors, hey, and we'd want practice. Romance and horror is something the crowd wants, and what most writers want is publicity. We're basically just feeding the public. ._. Besides. I'm not fond of bunnies or marshmallows or those kiddyish things. .-. Maybe I'm just interperting this thread wrongly. Feel free to slap me awake if I don't get the message right. ._.
Sorry, wasn't trying to start an argument. But lindsey. Sick and sappy crap? Excuse me. I'm an author who specializes in this 'sick and sappy' crap. I write to express my feelings. Sure, I may be a narcissistic vampiric misanthrope that thrives off your despair and is constantly depressed, but REALLY? Please. Catepillar finding its way to the rainbow king? It's a little unrealistic, no? An author sometimes writes to relate to reality, sometimes to relate to fantasy, but THAT? This isn't Disney with pink flowers and a sinking canoe. As for been there and done that. I appreciate the stories that have been written over the years because I have passion in my writing and high hopes of being able to write a novel when I grow up and sell my works. Been there and done that. BEEN THERE, AND DONE THAT. Would you rather each genre have just one book? No, not really. This is PiMD. You can't change what we want to write. Honestly, sick and sappy is an understatement. More like twisted and sentimental, for a macabre romance. :3 Just relish the moments you're reading, or write a zombie story yourself. I'll stick to my twisted and sentimental crap, thank you very much.
U all have a right to speak, but what do u people not understand about IF U DONT AGREE WITH ME THEN DONT POST ON MY THREAD and fyi i can comprehend every story. Im in sixth grade, and i am reading a 12th grade level. I have a perfect GPA and i have never gotton anything less than an A on my report cards. I have also won every writing contest there is at my school. I think i've made my point...but seriously, this thread is just for fun so dont get on me about people writing what they want to write. I never said they couldn't write those. All i wanted was a simple thread for fun and enjoyment. SO STOP HATING ON ME AND MY MARSHMELLOWS
Thank u krystalwolf, for going along with my thread, and acting like a civilized human being (not that I am or anything)
I spell words wrong because i have to spell them right in school all day long, and i want a break from it. If u have a problem with me then leave (its not like i've said that a thousand times already)
