Anyways I will be devil's advocate and tell you guys my honest opinion about the whole situation. Some of the people who play the game are like 17-20, they are barely adults and they do stupid shít like catfishing mostly coz they want to be more accepted or famous or something. I usually try to put myself in everyone's shoes before saying something publicaly coz our actions have consequences. I myself have seen people catfishing sometimes.I usually pm them that it's wrong and they should apologise and if nothing delete the pictures and not do it in the future and if the person still continues to do it only then I publically call them out. I know some of you are good people and just want the person to own up to their mistake while there are people who are just sharks and will tear the person apart and call them out through Alts and every thread and mentally scar them which I don't think any young adult should go through. So, if a person isn't mature enough then that doesn't give us the right to go after them until they do something they shouldn't. Again, I am not saying cat fishing is right coz it's wrong and stupid but having a debate over this is also pathetic. If someone isn't owning up to it it's bad for his/her in the future coz scenarios repeat themselves but I don't think we should send someone straight into depression by continuously calling them out. So, let selfie thread be selfie thread and post pictures here and if someone is stupid then you shouldn't become a hero of justice and rip them apart too. just call em out once in pm and if they continue call em out once in thread but don't continue after that
If an adult goes into depression over this kind of consequence out of a tiny thing they posted online, they need to slap themselves because they've been living in a really tiny bubble.
