You upload photos the same regardless of which device you use. Here is a mini tutorial:

• 1. Take selfie.
  2. Upload to Imgur.
  3. Get the DIRECT photo link by holding down on the uploaded photo and "Open image in new tab" (or whatever your device has).
  4. Copy that URL.
  5. Make a new post in this thread.
  6. Use this code:

  7. Press submit.
  8. Rake in the compliments.

(Other photo hosting websites like Tinypic can be used in place of Imgur, but all the other steps will remain the same.)
