Guess who. That's right, me again. Guess what I'm doing. That's right. Running. Again. I see a trend here. Anyways. Why an I running? Simple, I'm being chased. Again. Things don't get old do they. After I was searching for others, I found some people with a photo of me and asking people. I started to turn and become one with the flow of people walking, until the pedestrian who was shown the picture of me pointed at me. I saw their eyes and they saw mine. I didn't want to stay and chat or do anything associated with them so I darted through the crowd of innocent bystanders. I got a couple of "hey"'s and "watch it"'s but that beat the "get back here" that was heard from behind me. I never really liked to be a target. It's not a pleasurable feeling. It's a feeling of OH ____ (enter any curse word that seems appropriate). So after I ran out of crowd, I booked it down the sidewalk and turned the corner. I didn't care if they were following me or not, I wanted together out of this town. Better yet, I wanted out of this predicament that I was thrushes into. I continued down random roads, until I heard skidding of tires and honking horns of cars that had either been cut off or just scared shitless. I ran faster than a track star. I sped across streets and alleyways, trying to avoid detection. Finally I ran into a park, aiming for the densely populated area of Oaks and Evergreens, high enough to be touching the blue sky and the bleach white clouds. I ran dodging the trees. I kept dodging, hoping that this endless maze of trees continued. Unfortunately it did. And through my adrenaline rush didn't let me register the ending of trees and the blinding light of the sun. It also led me running dead on, head first, into an innocent jogger. Then my world went blue and then slowly went black. Criticism, spelling Corrections, grammar corrections, etc. Would be appreciated.
Umm... You could post it now. I'll post mine when I finish it. I think it'll be somewhat long. May even be my longest update ever...
The five men pressed on in their chase. The 17-year-old they were chasing was a very big target. They would get a huge promotion if they caught him. They may even Be assigned to hunt the Doctor, one of the biggest targets there is. The boy, meanwhile, ran faster by the second. He wasn't scared. He'd faced these guys before. But he had just used his power, and it needed a bit of time to charge. He had sapphire eyes, mousy brown hair, very pale, medium built. He wore a leather trenchcoat, that, as he ran, fell back behind him. He always thought it made him look cool. And it did. The Doctor and Muller materialized in an alley-way. "Hold on." the Doctor said with a smile "I think we're in London. This would be the year 2127. Not a good year. This is where Wolf Sec is slowly gaining power. 2132 is the year they finally reveal who they are, and that they're in control." "So why are you here? To stop them before they take over?" "Oh, it's a bit too late for that. Y'see, they already took over. No. I'm here because I'm either needed. Or we just randomly landed inside the lions den. Y'never know, it could be a complete coincidence still." "How does your power work anyway?" "it's... It's a very long and complicated story that I may or may not tell later." "Well, alright then, Mr. Mysterious." "Don't make it a habit of calling me that..." "I'll make sure to-" Muller's sentence was cut off by a pale boy of about 17 crashing into him, quickly spinning to regain his footing, and running off again. "Ow. Well that was odd..." said Muller, running a hand through his hair. "FLETCHER RENN!!!! GET YOUR SLIPPERY ASS BACK HERE!!!" yelled the Doctor after the boy. The boy stopped, turned around, and ran for an embrace. "What the hell are you doing here, Doctor? It's been like four years!" "Oh, just popping through. You?" "Being chased actually." "What'd you steal now? And should I be worried for you again?" "Didn't steal nothin'. Its nothing i cant handle...It was those guys there..." and he pointed at the five men that were just now coming around the corner. "Hey you two!!! That kid is a criminal!!! Step away." The Doctor got a strange look in his eyes. "Now look here." he said "I happen to know this "criminal" know that he's innocent, and I know who you guys are. So cut the act, and come at me. Do your worst!!! Come on!!!" One man stepped forward. He moved with lightning speed, and kicked the Doctor in the stomach. But the foot was simply blocked, grabbed, and broken in a matter of seconds. He then flipped the man over, and delivered a palm-thrust to the man's throat, crushing it, and killing him instantly. Three more men stepped forward. The last one hung back, with a smirk. The Doctor stepped forward, taunting the men slightly with his finger. The fattest one slammed his fist into the ground, which broke most of the asphalt int boulders, and threw them into the air. "Earth user, eh? Then I guess those two would be fire and water? And I'm guessing wind in the back there is the leader?" "He's not the leader, we're partners!" "why isn't he taking it up to four on one then?" "Cos he wants us to weaken you first." "Oh I'm sorry, all I heard that time was: "Hench, hench, hench. I'm henching for my boss there, cos I'm a henchman." sound about accurate?" "Shut up!!!" yelled the fat one and sent the boulders to converge at point Doctor, who elaborately dodged every single boulder, and ran at the earth user, all without anyone even having time to blink. He sent a roundhouse kick to the earth user's throat, causing it to collapse. Then he went for the water user, taking two fingers, and hitting as hard as he could at the temple. The man died almost instantly, feeling the nerves snap, and the brain cave in. The fire user then got hit with an uppercut, and then, when he was in the air, in the stomach exactly 43 times. The man fell, and caused a huge crater to form around his impact point. He was still alive. The Doctor sent a little strand of lightning straight through the man's heart. Then he turned to the last one. "Wind. Shouldn't be a problem." "Oh really?" said the man as his left arm completely disappeared. The Doctor couldn't move. Fletcher couldn't either. Muller shot the man with a pistol, but all the shots simply went through the man. No harm done. The man made his right arm disappear. Muller looked down, and saw his stomach bleeding intensely. Fletch and the Doctor watched as Muller's entire body was covered in blood. The Doctor yelled, but for some reason could not break whatever was holding him there. The man's arm returned. Muller's body now lay on the ground, still bleeding. One could not see any skin, as it was all covered in blood. But there was still that tiny chance that he was still alive. Fletch and the Doctor looked at each other. The Doctor's look was questioning, and Fletch's return look was a sad one that said we may be too late. The man approached the Doctor. The Doctor finally took the chance and examined the man's eyes. They were very red, as if the man was possessed. Which could explain the sudden ability to paralyze. The man drew something into the air with his right hand. A sword appeared in his hand. But not just any sword. This simpleton had summoned the sword. Excalibur. One of the top five blades in the world. And he summoned it. He smirked, and swung the blade to behead the Doctor (inexperienced man with a sword, broad, weak swings) and was stopped as a cold, hard blade pressed against his own neck. He looked at the spot where he supposedly bound Fletcher. It was empty, although the bindings were still present. "He teleported!!!" screamed his subconsciousness inside his head, which, as of now, was the possessor's. Fletch smiled. This knife was special. This knife could cut through anything. Corporeal or not. It also negated any magic that it could touch. It acted like a poison. The man dropped to the floor, dead, with his chest cut open. Fletch smiled at the Doctor. The Doctor ran over to Muller, grabbed him, and held him to his chest, tears spilling onto the still bleeding body. There was no Muller now, just a bloody body. And it was all the Doctors fault. He had dragged this man along with him. He had hoped that they would travel a bit more than this. His father took companions along all the time, and they ended up alive, as far as he knew, at least. So why can't he keep his first alive? What was he doing wrong. His tears finally stopped flowing. He put the body down, felt around to make sure there were no survivors, and went over to Excalibur. He took it, feeling it's power, and absorbing the sword into himself. He was the rightful owner of it now. But now that he knew about this sword, he wondered about the other four. Someone was testing him. Someone cornered these men, possessed one, and erased their memories while they were giving chase. That much had been obvious. He walked over to Fletcher. "So, Teleporter. What are we doing next?"
I heard waking up is the second hardest thing, and I have to agree. I woke up to find myself on a clean, freshly washed bed with a white confuter and white bed linen. After realizing it was extremely comfortable and how tired I was, I flopped back down and tried to fall asleep. Except it just didn't feel right. I sat up quickly, realizing this wasn't my room. It wasnt my house either. Hell. I don't even know if I'm in the same state as my house. The walls were all the same shade of tan, like a soft sand shade. The ceiling was a unmistakable white that seemed a little faded with time. There was a bureau on the opposite wall of the bed. The wall adjacent to them had an average sized window with a screen. The shades were a shade of maroon with the door having a brown shade, almost like an oak shade. The room had the aroma of mothballs, emitting the feeling of loneliness. This gave me the impression that I was in a guest room. I wasn't chained or bolted to the bed like a prisoner or an asylum victim. I sat up and stared through the window to soak in the outer vicinity. Just as I realized I wasn't in the other town, I heard the door creak open, almost like the person was trying to stealthily see what I was doing. "Oh! Your awake."
